1. Calibration of laser cutting head
2. Adjustment of sensitivity level
If the cutting head jitter still occurs after calibration, you can consider adjusting the sensitivity level (LV). After calibration, the system should automatically adjust the sensitivity level. If necessary, you can manually lower the sensitivity level and adjust it to a suitable value, such as 12. The option to lower the sensitivity level is usually in the "Follow Fast, Follow Slow" setting.
3. Check the gas source
4. Check the ground wire
5. Check focus position and air pressure
If a high-power laser is used, special inspection of the focus position and air pressure is required. If the focus position is too high or the air pressure is too high, it may cause the cutting head to shake. After the cutting is completed, the temperature of the workpiece can be measured by hand touch. If it feels hot, the focus position or air pressure may need to be appropriately reduced.
